So... here's the deal...we need your help to help make this a Christmas party to remember. Here are some things that you can do to be a part of the Christmas spirit:

Season of giving
Have you had a special Christmas due to giving to others? Or have others made your Christmas special by giving to you? Or do you have any great ideas? Please share your giving memories and ideas with us by emailing them to Becca Baughman at Baughman.r@gmail.com.

Gingerbread Houses
We invite everyone to make a gingerbread house to be displayed at the Christmas party. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to take your masterpieces home! Please contact Brooke Rowe at brookeage@msn.com for more information.

Service Project - See Toys for Tots info!

Christmas Video clips and pictures
We need old Christmas video clips and pictures from when you were a kid for our trivia game! We also would love funny recent Christmas clips and pictures. Anything involving Christmas! Send your video (no longer than 1 minute) or pictures to Jeremy McClerran at mclerran11@gmail.com by November 30th. Questions? Contact Jeremy.

Wrapping Paper
We're in desperate need of wrapping paper & ribbon for our decorations... if you have any old rolls around your house...that you're not going to use please send them our way! Drop them off at Brooke's house (1467 W 80 S) or contact Brooke at brookeage@msn.com and she'll pick them up from you.

PemRock Film Festival

The 2nd Annual
PemRock Film Festival
April 18th 6pm
Cultural Hall (1300 W building)

That's right... it's back! Because the PemRock Film Festival was such a hit in '07... we're doing it again. If you missed the chance to participate last year or wish you had, now's your chance.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the PemRock Film Festival entirely... here's the jist:

We’ve all experienced LDS commercials at some point in our lifetime. They’re heartwarming, impactful and often funny. Have you ever aspired to create or direct your own commercial? Well, now’s your chance. Make it funny, make it exciting, make it however you’d like. Work alone, as a family, or with another ward member. So dust off those old cameras and start now. Let’s showcase your creative juices!

We need your commercials to make this year another success! Here are the details:
· Commercial should be no longer than 2 minutes
· Please include a title and list of credits (people who participated)
· Submit to Mark Harper (m_mharper@yahoo.com, 368-8582) by April 11th
· To see last years commercials for ideas-- see below

For more ideas, click here to visit an archive of real LDS commercials.

If you need to borrow equipment, need someone to help you film, or any other help, please feel free to contact Mark Harper m_mharper@yahoo.com or Becca Baughman baughman.r@gmail.com. Now that we've taken away your excuses, let's start filming!
