PemRock '08 Recap

Once again... PemRock was a hit! If you didn't make it to the film festival, you really missed out! We enjoyed yummy popcorn and watched some funny and touching LDS commercials. Special thanks to Mark Harper, our AV guy, for all of the time he put into making this activity a success. We've uploaded all the commercials below so that everyone can partake in the fun. That's right... it's back! Because the PemRock Film Festival was such a hit in '07... we're doing it again. If you missed the chance to participate last year or wish you had, now's your chance.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the PemRock Film Festival entirely... here's the jist:

We’ve all experienced LDS commercials at some point in our lifetime. They’re heartwarming, impactful and often funny. Have you ever aspired to create or direct your own commercial? Well, now’s your chance. Make it funny, make it exciting, make it however you’d like. Work alone, as a family, or with another ward member. So dust off those old cameras and start now. Let’s showcase your creative juices!

We need your commercials to make this year another success! Here are the details:
· Commercial should be no longer than 2 minutes
· Please include a title and list of credits (people who participated)
· Submit to Mark Harper (m_mharper@yahoo.com, 368-8582) by April 11th
